During this maintenance period, the following My Account services will be temporarily inaccessible:
  • Registration and login to Parallels accounts
  • Parallels product activation
  • Registration of the new product license keys
  • Parallels Desktop Business Edition SSO activation and product management
  • Parallels RAS product management
  • Access to the Parallels DaaS Management Portal (via My Account)
  • Access to the Parallels Browser Isolation Management Portal (via My Account)
  • Contacts with Parallels Support
Please note that this maintenance will not affect already activated products, which should continue to function normally. Once the maintenance is complete, all operations will resume immediately.
